How to Make Classic Pad Thai with Shrimp

One of my fav stir-fry dish of all time!

Pad Thai (serves 3-4)


  • 1 medium onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 80 gr shallots
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp palm sugar
  • 4 pcs extra firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp tamarind
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 200 gr rice noodle
  • 50 gr bean sprout
  • 120-150 gr shrimp
  • Garnish : chives ,roasted cashew, chili flakes, lime
