Berries!! I named this recipe with quadruple berry because of it’s a mixture of blackberry, raspberry, blueberry and cranberry! Berries contains of a lot of vitamin C and polyphenols that support the immune system and promote recovery after running. That’s why it’s so beneficial for us and is my all time fav fruits. I keep frozen berries on hand to make sure I have enough of them to fulfill my daily needs.
This smoothie provides an ideal balance of carbohydrate, protein and lots of essential fats and antioxidant nutrients to promote your muscle repair after your workout.

⁃I suggest you to use the full fat yogurt because non fat yogurt is often loaded with sugar. Full fat yogurt doesnt need that much sugar because it already tastes great.
⁃Be careful with picking granola, make sure it’s made with natural ingredients with no preservatives and additives ingredients inside. Sometimes it also contains lots of sugar.
⁃Chia seeds are so beneficial for our health because it is rich in fiber, omega-3 fats, protein, vitamins and minerals. Chia seeds can also reverse inflammation, regulate cholesterol and lower blood pressure.
-You can also discard the honey, but I like to add a lil bit of it because honey has wide and proven health benefits, from antiseptic properties to antioxidant-boosting power.
